If the conversion SPARCS/BEPPA and the investor's stake were all at 7 cents, everyone would benefit. They'd still make 80% on their outlay immediately, then probably alot more if they continuted to hold BBI as it recovered. But it seems that management have stabbed us in the back, no longer have any stake other than 100,000 odd BEPPA left, shame really.
