Reading a few posts I see people saying $600 mil low.
When you value a company you need to include debt and leases and the obligations
$1.20 values the company at more than $1.2 bn including debt
This is a big number and equal with Bega which will generate a profit North of $50 mil vs mgc less than $30 mil
Do the maths it is a very good price on valuation metrics ie nta Pe dcf
