I can't comment on the sell fees as I wil be holding for quite a while during the coming u boom.

But I know a bit about the tax situation but not all. With most Countries they have a C/gains Tax rate some don't. I believe how it works:- eg you pay whatever overseas tax that applies if it is over the capital gains tax here then you get a credit against other tax if it is nil or below you make up the difference

so if you keep Mega shares over 12 months then the 1/2 tax rate applies and you should pay no more than that overall.


As always check with you're Accountant first and don't take what I have said as literal.

As for the fees!! B/hell have you 100,000 Mega what's the % rate of fees on your holdings??
