So where does that leave hmr...if the s.p. was calculated at 0.78 at the time of mga 's t/o announcement, pure script not cash offer..the strongly rising mga would then make hmr worth 0.78 times nearly 2 = ~$1.50.....
With hmr at $1.15......mmmmm.
Sure you would then have a Canadian listed stock, a negative for some....
