Very true, 60 mill in inventory costs freed up and the potential for a higher margin product to be produced. A lot of capacity at the Bega Cheese factory freed up, what they do with that capacity is the question.

One would think that a lot depends on how sales go with the Blackmore tie up, already increased production by 5 times and I am sure that BGA management had this in mind when renegotiating the coles contract.

I think the market has over reacted and is not looking beyond the headline.
