    Care to point out where it says it is filled? I read again and I can't see where it says that.

    Are you reading what you want to hear, not what it actually says?

    Does that sound like the trial is filled? "Helping" would suggest ongoing. "Helped" is past tense that may suggest that process is complete, but that's not what it says is it?
