Unless they are covered under D&O insurance there announcement to market would only be informational rather than mandatory I think.
Interesting that Fiona is now stated as being the COO and yet there is a CEO (interim) and not sure if the Chairman is an exec or non-exec, suspect the latter. Also Brad Hingle is still stated as the CFO, so the website is mid-flight of being updated it appears. I wonder who is filling in as the interim CFO.
