Around the middle of last year it made absolutely no sense when ARQ was trading below $1.00. ARQ went on to more than double in price.
With positive developmenets since last year it again makes absolutely no sense for ARQ to be trading around $1.65. That is significantly below 10 times this year's earnings.
The oil price is also showing no signs of collapsing - it is back above US$50.
With both rapidly increasing earnings and a very active exploration programme, I wonder if we will see history repeat and ARQ's share price will again more than double in a relatively short period of time?
