including real estate agencies to quickly and easily create 'do-it-yourself' 360
degree Virtual Tours and Zoomable Photo Galleries for viewing by customers on
the Internet. TourMaker complements and incorporates the service the company
provides with Image Web Server technology

ACQUISITION OF MGM WIRELESS LIMITED: In June 2003 Ezyimage entered into a heads
of agreement to acquire MGM Wireless Holdings Pty Ltd. MGM operates as a
single-source provider of mobile phone messaging solutions for business
enterprises. Furthermore, MGM is the developer of 'Message You', a software
application (patent pending) that enables PC users to send and receive messages
from their desktop to mobile phones. The company resolved to change its name to
MWR after shareholders approved a resolution to acquire MGM Wireless Holdings
Pty Ltd.
