The key to a market re-rating as I see it relates to the approval process, more key components of the BFS coming to light and further certainty on funding for Phase 1. There are no deal breakers so far and all signs are they have a very valuable project. Fertiliser sector headwinds (Potash Corp down 50% in past year or so and Mosaic been flattened over the past 2 years), adds to the negative bias. BUT as they say, you can only buy great assets at reasonable prices in the down times.
