The big partner (Methanex? The largest producer) would know the high costs of piping gas to Darwin. The costs in MEO's 2009 presentation show that >$1b could be saved through the TSMP concept.
Anyone see where Tassie Shoal is? The concept is too hard to ignore.
The HOA MGN entered into is the key.
Big bucks to be made.
