I don't want to get into a drawn out debate but fair to say that you have missed a few points.

Main point, you have moved off topic. The topic is, can MGP/QPME close the gap and get TECH to FID?

Your post suggests that getting MGP from current 10 Pj production to 25 Pj production is somehow a problem? Bloody good problem to have if it means TECH has hit FID, been built, transitioned through all start up challenges, and is now burning through 13 Pj of gas punching out product at full capacity.

Secondary point, if OPEX budget is $8/Gj for gas, and actual comes in at, say, $4.50/Gj, how does that equate to 15%? So, pop the cart back behind the horse, and let MGP do it's thing, and be really pleased to close the gap between where we sit today, and the primary goal of hitting FID.

If the gas project with forecast revenue of $60M pa on a MC of $120M means you aren't a fan, so be it.
