There was an interesting article written by some US commentators saying that the market is building up for another fall. While this offering may seem so juicy at the moment due to the recent climb in Mq, the share won't be traded until june 12th. Whats more interesting is that MQ offers two prices: one being $26.60 OR 5% discount to the volume weighted average of the 5 trading days prior to the 29th may deadline.
You can't help it but wonder MQ have time this while their share is at its high prior to another fall.
