Did the maths last night, if every investor applied for the full $15,000 the SPP would be 10x oversubscribed
This means that if more than 10% of shlds apply for the full $15k (or 30% @ $5k or any other combination) then there will be scaleback. Considering that the offer is >20% in the money it seems likely to my mind that there will be high take-up, and hence a lot of scaleback
