Ok, so to put my view into context for you it's pretty straightforward.
Firstly, I'm not here to "scare" anybody lol.
I just call bullshit when i see it and it is my belief
MGT will not develop this asset and will not be producing a high grade Fe concerntrate product.
Why?
The premium paid above the benchmark 62% simply isn't enough to cover the AISC of this stranded low grade magnetite deposit.
Now this isn't exactly rocket science here guys.
You can't sell something for less than it costs you to produce or runs to close to break even. Especially in the Iron ore mining game.
So, how long is it now before they announce JV partners to fund completion of DFS?
