No other company announces, we are consolidating because the Investors are saying they can't invest because of the large SOI.
They are firing the gun from the 'Investors' shoulder. Be brave to say what you believe, don't have to use the 'Investors' as the proxy.
If they had said we the MGT mgmt want to consolidate, then the result of the memorandum might not have been this favorable.
