Tim recently stated NPV would be in the Multiple $bn. In terms of production we will sit somewhere between CIA (10-13Mtpa) and GRR (1-2.5Mtpa - I think). Tim's assertion seems about right, with 5Mtpa that would put MGT at ~$2bn MC at full rate production. I am going to assume at least 50% dilution - nothing comes for free. Our SP is $0.355 with MC $34.95m meaning we have ~100,000,000 SOI.
So the value of your MGT portfolio at full rate production will depend on the % of the company you own factoring in dilution.
That is:
Portfolio value = shares you own now, divided by SOI now, times dilution of 50%, times MC of $2bn
For example:
Given; 100,000 shares owned now
Portfolio = 100,000/100,000,000 x 0.5 x 2,000,000,000
Therefore your portfolio at full rate production = $1,000,000
Now 100,000 shares is currently worth $35,500.
If we get to production and assuming my calcs are reasonable then winner winner chicken dinner. $35k becomes $1m
If we don't? well your $35k becomes zero
What will you be worth? it's either a lot or nothing ATM
