    New partner, $1 SP then $3 by christmas with much dilution to match. Holding 25% of the asset seems fair. I suppose Razorback and Mustang will be all in one unless Mustang is a seperate deal depends on all new exploration. Can only hope the new M&A guys get us a super good deal, anyone driving Ubers may hear some good inside info after the pissy Friday afternoon barboardroom meeting.
