    Its a little out of my league, this JV/partner/Aquisition. Would it mean we have to raise 100mill to be further attractive, will the newcomer expect 70% for a billion + development, is owning a 90 year life asset and historical investment to date worthy of 50% partnership, will the partnersip turn out to be a well orchestrated T/O?
