@glemon There are many options. In principle I like what this outfit has done in getting on board the financial advises to steer it though those options. The board is there to look after shareholder interests, not theirs! Unfortunately shareholders are often sacrificed. If you were on the Board which option would you pursue - I mean really. A lot of "partners" put their money up and demand a couple of seats on the Board. Is that to look after their investment or to horsetrade even more favour. If that happens at whose expense is that?
I suppose that is why someone once said ... "Never invest in a company unless you personally know a couple of the directors." A hard criterion to meet but indicative of what is required to be reasonably sure your investment is low risk.
