I believe I raised that Q days ago i.e "Partnership" snd then i added partnership/ aquisition/JV/T.O and since then everyone has a different slant on it all. So the Q remains as she did not elaborate and Tim refers to all this as "partner" but had also used the phrase JV.
We are non the wiser about coining the reference "partnership". Massive dilution for what % or is the partner so significant through to production that we will be same SOI but as minor ownership.
Either which way its going to hurt shorterm but its the only direction for SH to make it to a dollar or two.
