given that china has 100 million vacant houses built with iron ore, and only consuming 10million units last year means they don't need to build any houses for the next decade.
would institutional investors really want to invest in an industry with this outlook.
during the good times the Australian government did not save any of the royalties for a rainy day so their books are also likely to be impacted.
what should happen?
