MGT is fully cooked, any path up from hear is riddled with dilution or terms that screw shareholders. Management have no power in any negotiations they are proudly announcing they are participating in raises that are basically to pay their own wages.
Anyone thinking a deal to do a DFS is going to jolt the SP is deluded, have a look at ARL 98 mill deal to fully fund DFS with Japanese partners SP is down 25% since announcement and they have 15 million in the bank.
It's just bad management simple, people can piss in the wind all they want but sometimes just have to see it for what it is.
