How can they be trusted, they've previously raised funds for mining licence in the past. That money was spent that on themselves!

Blaming shareholders is an absolute cop out, and outrageous.
Any shareholder feeling responsible for this mess MGT management find themselves in, are probably on the payroll!
Threatening shareholders with further losses if they do not partake, shows desperation and greed on another level!
