    Raised 2.4mil with 2mil of that underwritten while they aimed to raise 4.1mil.
    The shortfall is still on offer for the next 3 months (~3rd Dec)

    Page 22 of the prospectus from 3rd Sep has the allocated spending as:
    405k for mining lease proposal
    198k for value engineering
    ~1.2M Working capital
    200k cost of cap raise

    It might be enough for them to drag the company to January when the result from the Shoji agreement is projected to be announced.
