I don’t think I was misleading particularly because I didn’t say he hasn’t achieved anything.

I said zero milestones of any significance.

I am not questioning his 500k salary it’s the 800k performance rights and it’s structure.

In brief the rights are given at the start and then the board decides what % are kept, there doesn’t seem to be definitive targets .

Happy to be corrected on that as I only had a brief read.
