There’s a couple of things here to read between the lines. First is the change in language. When MGT first announced the heads agreement (fluff to some) with JFE Shoji, it was to make funding avaliable for DFS with a return of around 10% mine concentrate for 15 years.
We now have JV partnering arrangements and product marketing strategies well advance. These were an optional discussion but now look to be very much on the cards for both parties.
