I'm a significant holder of CAP (Top 40 shareholder) and I have a small position with MGT (as security).

CAP is far more advanced that MGT - Far more. They are now at a FULLY FUNDED BFS Stage. The recent 2.6/1 right's issue was fully underwritten by Shaw & Partners which means this project is going to BFS - don't underestimate how important it is to have a fully funded BFS ready to go.

They have less SOI by a country mile - now (after the raise) only 713m! Compared to MGT (close to 2 billion!)

Blind freddy can see that CAP is by far and away a better prospect at this point in time.

I have been following CAP since 2009 and started investing in them in 2018. Here are some key points for anyone to consider

CAP had major board issues between 2013 and 2020 and hence why the market lost interest and deserted the stock. At the same price Iron Ore hit a floor in 2016 as well.
CAP Board was overturned late 2020. Bryan Granzien came in (with a wealth of Steel knowledge as well as a history for fixing rogue boards)
Jon Parker (Ex-Rio) is also on the board.
Pure Metals which had the handbrake on this project since 2013 were taken out a few months ago (look at what the share price has since done). Now CAP OWN 94% of the Project.
institutional Investors are taking up the shortfall of the rights issue. Next wave of investment coming in.
Fully funded for a BFS.

There is no comparison between CAP and MGT in my opinion. Like I said, I hold MGT but it is only as security and purely SPEC for me.
