I think that whilst this would make us more attractive, China specifically can't afford to implement something like this yet. They seem to be hoarding all they can.
I think the biggest risk to MGT, if we were to name one, would be the IO price.
Question for everyone who might know: have there been new Chinese steel mills opened in the past two years? Asking because this could be confirmation of longer term growth; or a buffer against relapse of IO price to lower levels.
