I don't want to spend a day digging into the history of MGT/Royal and Mintech, so does anyone on here have a view of the impact of the convertible notes agreement? It's not huge $$, but if MGT's SP doesn't start to head in the right direction, that's going to be a serious amount of cash to cough up next year, or it's just going to dilute current shareholders even more (those are the two options as far as I can tell??). Is this something to be concerned about?
