And if you work out the hourly rate that you put into research by comparing it to returns $$$ we are getting I'm sure a lot more people would be putting in the time to research, rather then asking questions with easy to find answers. Whilst at the same time growing their confidence to be able to hold during a support test.

I like the quote from Peter about the outcome
of the PFS having a single go forward goal at the end, this to me shows there are working through every possible avenue meticulously. Crossing the T and dotting the I so to speak. Almost sounds like planning for battle and assessing every possible problem before it happens and develop an action once/if it occurs. As they have the experience and would see what poor planning can lead to.
