I agree.
Why would they not wait until the last possible moment, just to make sure everything is current and completely checked.
We only get one shot at this to get it right. They won't rush it to get OC's converted.
If was MGT, I'd drop it on the second last trading day of June.
Anyone who does not convert or sell their OC's, in my opinion, is either a fool or has simply forgotten that they them.
