eventually something will get passed be it a week or a month in which both sides agree.
as it stood the current plan was thrown together add hock.
rather than rushing something through perhaps they should have taken more time.
no question about it there's other ways in which they can move forward.
as usual the nervous nellies have panicked without really thinking this through.
