From a business management perspective, I believe the bulk of the PFS was completed earlier this month, however they are using the available time to dot the i’s, cross the t’s, making sure everything is looking good, and potentially waiting on some last minute updates/refinements. As it’s an ongoing project, every day, new data and information is flowing through which they can incorporate into the report and they may also be waiting to finalise input from third parties. They may provide at the end of the report an update of where they are currently at and what they are working on, however the DFS will be a completely separate report, released sometime next year.

If the PFS is already complete, then they may be watching the share price and days left till financial year end to determine the ideal time for a trading half/news release.
