Hi yeejoon, if you read the Prospectus, you can apply for more shares but only the Shortfall shares. Any shares that people dont buy through their rights fall into this Shortfall category. This is up to the Underwriter to make a decision whether to release the shares or not to you.
Read the Prospectus to confirm this but I believe you can put more money through Bpay and this extra money is your application for the shortfall shares. If you dont get it they will refund the money. This is in Chapter 2 of the Prospectus, dont just take my word for it
