last thing ill say on water (you're probably thinking, what is it with this guy and water?): in addition to local aquifers, there may be a move to employ a pipeline direct to the coast, see this from MGT website:

Now its a few years old, and initially, it makes more sense to take a more agile solution and get a small mine operational. What I am trying to convey here, is that this is way bigger than just MGT. This pipeline would be massive for the state, and would benefit multiple miners, and would likely be part of a major SA Government backed project. Look at this picture for more clarity

You can see the benefit not just for MGT's tenements but for other miners as it would extend from nearly the NSW border to the coast as well as up north (mt victor). There may even be potential to extend it into NSW. Clearly this is speculative, but the way I see it is that there is massive demand for this, and MGT is in a prime position to benefit. As part of the magnetite strategy, it would make sense both for the Government and associated mining companies to invest heavily in the ports for transport/logistics (i.e. Cu River Mining and Pt Augusta), as well as resource distribution such as this pipeline.

    See more here:

SA government already approved major project status to the construction of a pipeline exactly like this, more here:

    These are related:

I don't think people realise just how much is going to be invested in this area in the next 4-5 years, if projects take off like this, with MGT in a prime position to benefit and be a part of it, it has blown my mind. I also think that iron ore prices are showing a much more attractive trend now than they were when these projects where first being discussed in 2013, so the argument for support and investment from government as well as attracting joint venture capital is huge! Hope this is useful, I'll shut up about water now.

    IMO, DYOR
