It depends on whether you have a short term or mid-long term investment outlook.
If it's the former (ST), a negative at this point is that the PFS commenced on the 18.06 so I assume that it won't be completed for another 6-9months. The scoping study was incredibly positive though so IMO the only negative is time-frame for those lacking in patience.
Water supply was tossed around as a potential negative but there were some (IMO) fantastic posts that suggested a variety of realistic sourcing methods.
SOI may be problematic but they'll be funded from this CR and they have the potential for BMD to get onboard. They may consolidate down the track but I doubt it would be any time soon.
I'm sure others may have some other negatives.
IMO though, there are currently far more tangible positives than negatives with this project and is ideally located with a very supportive state government who are looking to expand their iron supply.
