if you hold, then they will either expire worthless on their expiry date or alternatively and hopefully the SP rises above the strike price ie 5c and you will exercise your options by paying 5c per option to convert them into shares at a profit equal to (market price - 5c).
of course you could choose to sell them at any time given they have a market value(which is a function of time to expiry, volatility measures and exercise price amongst other variables)
