If anything this CR was directed at share holders best interest.....having the remaining credit to be raised by retail investors as per rights plan with the incentive of options was a great way to go about CR, as opposed to leaving it at the mercy of instos to control SP and leaving us to deal with profit taking and dilution.
Also may be worth reading Announcements before ranting.... the SP was not 2c when CR was released as shown below.
