    I agree with this sentiment, and the comments from @BullishTrends. Regarding the next phase of the journey (from now until PFS completion) I see the validation of the NextOre technology as being important, and once this happens, I think institutional buy-in will begin, bringing buy volume and upward pressure on the SP. I think this tech (and the exclusivity of its use) in combination with the selective mining approach and the demand for high-quality/low-impurity products that only magnetite can provide, situate the company well for success. The softness of the ore at Razorback and the way it is distributed throughout the Braemar iron formation (as indicated in the preliminary results in the selective mining announcement on August 19 of this year) should allow extraction at lower costs. I am also encouraged about the proximity to power, rail and ports for distribution as well as interest from the SA Government in both the region and the mining and export of magnetite in general. Lastly, I should also add that news regarding BMD's investment and role in the project is another important milestone in this phase of the journey.
