Has anyone look at MGT [MGS] the proposed JV partner for Manyingee.
As of the 30 June they had 149K in the bank and are about [subject to SH approval on the 16 September] issue and option shares to pay back $6m in convertible bonds. If this proposal is not approved at the GM on the 16th September then the company could be placed in VA.
Make me wonder where they will get the $10m for the first part of the JV.
