I thought this could be CAF, but this is the confusing statement from Centro:
A spokeswoman at the New York office of Centro Properties Group confirmed Wednesday that an agreement has been reached for the sale of 29 U.S. malls and shopping centers, but she said specific locations will not be announced until the sale is completed “sometime this fall.”
We know which of the CAF properties have been sold - all of them except Independence Mall and Elk Park. I think the list is available on the Centro website.
So, why would a Centro spokeswoman say that they will not announce specific locations? Is this a spokeswoman who doesn't realise or are these different properties?
