Not sure if anyone's posted this info before but hopefully it's useful to quieten down the pests.
Grange Resources is producing approximately 2.7 million tonnes of concentrate per year from magnetite ore (after processing). MGT are looking to produce a similar amount.
Their average sale price from last quarter was $153 US/t, when the average 62% price was well below between $90-110/t, with an operating cost of $95 AUD ($67 USD). MGT PFS states we will be producing at an even lower cost of $58 USD/t with a similar concentrate grade %. When Fe62% price was $200+ GRR was selling at $287 USD/t.
Grange's initial CAPEX cost was quoted at $2.9 BILLION. MGT's CAPEX from the PFS is between $570-670 MILLION. If Grange can find $2.7 billion, I'm sure with the quality of people we have that ~$600m is achievable, especially with a similar grade and lower production cost.
