Very intelligent post. Mgt need a deposit if it wants to get finance. The only way is to get a deposit is through capraises. The higher the share price, the higher capital value, the easier it is to raise bigger amounts through capraises.
if people think a finance company is going to fund the whole 500m, they have rocks in there head. Mgt needs to contribute atleast 200m, to get a 350m loan. Its just the way it works. Embrace it, and make it happen otherwise mgt will just be an explorer
