These appointments didn’t just happen in the last week, they would have been negotiating back and forth for weeks if not months & the deal would have been struck some time ago & waiting for respective legal teams to sign on the dotted lines.

Regarding company manipulation of the SP, I find this highly u likely as there is far to much too loose if they get caught & I do t believe they are the type of people who would partake in this anyway. You also need to remember that Peter is one of our major shareholders & if the company bleeds so does he. Not only financially but to his reputation also.
