Interesting, with that capping before at 3.4, I was expecting an announcement based on VWAP, the fact that its underwritten for $5mill means that the underwritter benefits from that lower price, so I guess we know who was behind the capping.

Positives are it being underwritten, so they have funds coming in no matter what, and also reading between the lines, management are well aware of the ins and outs of the project, imo dont think they would be doing this raise without knowing already that they will be making the decision to mine.
