    if you owned MGT at the record date you were given 1 right MGTRE per 5 shares that you could exercise for 2.5c each getting you an MGT share. If you didn't exercise the right, you could sell it again (buying and selling MGTRE), once you own an MGTRE it entitles you to buy one MGT share at 2.5c. MGTRE shares will cease too exist on 13 may.
