just by proxy as well, companies with lots of shares on issue can tend to trend downwards faster, and take slower to move upwards re share price.
consolidation would tighten everything up. If we did a 10 to 1, it would be awesome... but even a 5 to 1, or 4 to 1 may assist in funding.
if we did a JV for Razorback, with share offer, can you imagine having 8m shares on issue?
2m shares on issue sounds a lot better.
Now by saying all this, we may very well get absolutely everything we need without consolidation.. it may just improve the situation, if we're having difficulty. That's all.
regardless, we have a bright future ahead.
