HIO have a major project status application in with the SA Govt being assessed at this moment. It’s been commented on a number of times in HIO announcements the last 3-4 months. If it gets approved they will have Major Project Status for NSW Govt, The Federal Government and SA Govt (the first 2 are already in place)
By slurry, I’m giving my opinion that this is how it will play out. HIO will (in my opinion) outsource the building, and maintenance- then “rent” it based on $X per tonne of ore pumped through the pipeline.
