Highly unlikely we could "Share" HIO's slurry pipe.
Consider that the slurry needs to be processed again to produce a sellable product. Ideally the slurry would go to a processing plant to be dewatered and "processed into pellets. Not an ideal option as off site processing adds more "All In Costs" not yet accounted for.
